In this research, we explore application quantum algorithms, specifically Grover’s algorithm, improving accuracy efficiency PPI prediction. By harnessing inherent parallelism search capabilities aim to enhance identification interacting pairs from large-scale datasets. We demonstrate effectiveness using algorithm through an extensive approach, comparing performance with classical machine learning algorithms.
